Yoga will help improve flexibility
and range of motion, increase strength
without the use of weights, release stress and tension in the physical
body
and mind, leave you with an overall sense of relaxation and well-being.
Almost
anyone is capable of practicing some degree of yoga. Participants are
required
to bring a yoga mat.

This is a program where
you will feel good as you get in shape and
improve your fitness potential with an innovative approach. You will

Learn chords, scales, theory and best of all, learn
to play your favorite songs. This is an 8 week group
guitar program. The one hour class will focus on providing
a high level of instruction in a fun cooperative atmosphere.
The program is for those who have an interest in guitar and
music in general. Includes the use of a guitar during class.

Spring tennis is scheduled to begin the week of May 7th. There will

hard work, but tons of fun too! Lessons will be held at the High Plains

Center tennis courts. Program co-directors Dave Kardas and Greg Sansonetti

exciting,

Men's Basketball League Information
Team registration begins on Monday, November 5, 2012. All teams from the
2011-2012 season are invited back and any new teams will be considered
on a
first come, first served basis. All teams must have 80% Orange residents
to be eligible.
Team registration packets will be available at the Park and Recreation
Office on
Monday, October 29, 2012. Registration deadline is Monday, December 3,
2012. League
play begins on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at the Amity Middle School
Gym.
All games will be played on Wednesday nights. For more information, please

Co-Ed Volleyball League Information
Get yourself out on Tuesday evenings for some exercise and fun. Team
registration
begins on Monday, October 15, 2012. All returning teams are invited back
and any
new teams will be considered on a first come, first served basis. New
teams must
have at least two women on the roster. Team registration packets will
be available
at the Orange Park and Recreation Department office on Monday, October
1, 2012.
Registration deadline is Monday, November 5, 2012. League play begins
on
Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Mary L. Tracy School. All games will
be held on
