To register for a Parks and Recreation class or activity you must complete the registration form, and payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.  Registrations are processed at the office, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am-6:00pm.  You may also mail your registration to the Parks and Recreation Office at 525 Orange Center Road, Orange, CT  06477.  Mailed registrations are processed on the day received after those waiting in line have been assisted.  Insurance requirements prohibit participants from beginning a class before they are registered.

 

 

Pool memberships are available to anyone wishing to puchase one.  Residents rates are available for anyone living in Orange, any full time employee of an Orange business. or anyone with a minimum of $1,000.00 of taxable property in Orange. 

Membership cards must be purchased at the Park and Recreation office during regular business hours.  A photo (we can make a copy) is needed for anyone receiving a membership card.

Pool Membership cards must be given to the Lifeguard everytime you swim and picked up when you leave.  Cards lost or left at the pool will have to be replaced by the owner at a cost of $1.00.

The Orange Town Pool is available to rent for parties on Saturday evenings from 5:00pm-6:00pm in the pool and 6:00pm-7:00pm in the lobby, Sunday afternoons from 1:00pm-2:00pm in the pool and 2:00pm-3:00pm in the lobby.  During the party the children will have exclusive use of the pool and all the equipment available.  The lobby is available afterward for snacks.  All attendees will take a swim test at the start of the party.  Any child unable to complete one full length of the pool, unassisted, without stopping, will not be allowed in the water without a parent or guardian in the water with them at all times.  Lifejackets are not allowed as an alternative for an adult.

Party dates are available on a first come-first served basis.  Payment and cleaning deposit is required to confirm your date.  Please call for more information at 891-2188.
